Matsuy [1] , Urine or Heihe ( Chinese ex. 黑河 , literally: "Black River") is a river in the Chinese provinces of Sichuan and Gansu , a tributary of the Yellow River .

Geography
From the northern slopes of the Shahabaoshan mountains, the river flows northeast, forming the border between the counties of Hongyuan and Songchu . Further, the river turns northwest and flows through the Jöge county. On the border of the Sichuan and Gansu provinces, near the administrative center of Machu County, the river flows into the Yellow River.
