Baron Morris

Edward Patrick Morris, First Baron Morris (1858-1935)

Baron Morris from St. John in Dominion Newfoundland and the city of Waterford is a hereditary title in the United Kingdom Peer system . It was created January 15, 1918 for the British lawyer and politician Sir Edward Morris (1858-1935), who served as Prime Minister of Newfoundland in 1909-1917 .

As of 2012, the baronial title holder was his great-grandson, Thomas Anthony Salmon Morris, 4th Baron Morris (born 1982 ), who succeeded his father in 2011 .
