Biography
Born on August 2, 1947 in the village of Luganka, Chistopol district, Kokshetau region.
In 1967 - locksmith, mechanic of the Chervony farm, Kuibyshev district, Kokchetav region
From 1967 to 1968 he was a locksmith at the Kazakhselmash plant in Tselinograd .
