History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Penza Region dated November 2, 2004 No. 690-ZPO “On the Borders of Municipalities of the Penza Region” [3] .

On December 22, 2010, in accordance with the Law of the Penza Region No. 1992-ZPO [4] , the territory of the abolished Nikolaev Village Council was included in the village council .
