Story
Bart and Milhouse find Director Keyner's key to the communications tunnels on the director’s desktop to unscrew one of the steam vents, which causes the building to collapse. In punishment, Director Skinner sends Bart to Oregon’s most rigorous Up Camp. Meanwhile, Mo tells Homer, Lenny, Karl and Barney about the unsuccessful attempt of suicide by hanging, as a result of which he sued the rope maker, sued him a lot of money and a new rope. Thanks to this amount of money, Mo decides to go with friends to Las Vegas , and Homer, instead of going there, is forced to escort Bart to the Movement Up camp.
Homer heads to the airport to buy a ticket to Portland , but the cashier refuses to sell him a ticket because Bart is on the black list. Homer did not attach any importance to this, but she explained to him that Bart was on the black list due to the fact that the last time he had flown unaccompanied from Minneapolis to Atlanta for the last time, contrary to the pilot's instructions, he unfastened his seat belts until the plane stopped completely. Due to Bart's violation of the rule, all passengers had to fly back to Minneapolis, despite the fact that the pilot was very tired. Thus, Bart thinks he otmazatsya from a trip to the penal camp, but Homer still decides to take him in his car. Meanwhile, Marge, along with Lisa, taking advantage of the departure of Homer and Bart, are selling out “the old things of boys”.
During the trip, Homer is angry with Bart because he did not go to Las Vegas. A little later, Homer and Bart stop at the Scobo's roadside cafe, where Homer orders for breakfast eggs and bacon in the shape of a human face. Bart at this time goes to the toilet and hides in it. When Homer ate breakfast, he began looking for Bart in the toilet, which cunningly escapes through the window, and, returning to the cafe, tells the bartender that some “visitor” decides to escape from the cafe without paying for breakfast. It turned out to be Homer, whom the bartender hits in the ass with a frying pan, and Bart himself escapes. At the same time, Marge and Lisa continue to sell the yard. It comes to a complete failure, until Otto found out that he had bought expired painkillers from Marge with a family prescription. Later, Homer, distracted because of Bart, who introduced himself as a sailor and wanted to hitchhike at Christmas, crashes into a road fence and almost falls into a cliff. Bart reluctantly tries to help Homer and saves him. Jimbo is knocking on the Simpsons house to buy more pills from Marge, who refuses to sell him, slamming the door. Immediately, Chef Wiggum knocked on the door, arresting Marge for an illegal sale, calling her "drug commander." Homer just arrives at the gates of the Upward Movement camp and gives it to Bart, where he will be taken with all abomination and deprived of all impudence. As soon as the colonel handed Bart an ax in his hands, he was forced to say goodbye to his childhood. Homer leaves for Las Vegas along the way, knocking down the house where Matt Groening was born. On the way to Las Vegas, Homer begins to feel guilty about having sent Bart to the penitentiary camp and decides to go in the opposite direction to pick him up. Meanwhile, Bart for 3 hours carefully enjoyed his stay in the camp, and begins to understand that he does not have to be naughty in order to feel normal and just listen to the gentle rhythms of nature. Homer enters the camp, knocking down a "dumb horse" and asks Bart to wash off the blood from the windshield in order to take him to Las Vegas, as he had promised earlier.
Lisa returns home from school and receives two telephone messages: first - Marge urgently requires a deposit of $ 10,000; second, Homer and Bart are in the Nevada County Prison, quarreling with the vile casino manager. Lisa tells Maggie that she was expecting the day when they stayed together at home, and she would look for work in the morning. In the end, Lisa and Maggie are left alone, for the rest of the Simpsons are in prison.
