History
The village was founded on the site of the nomadic population of Kozhubek, long before the 1917 revolution . The name "Kozhubek" comes from the name of the founder of the nomadic settlement. After the nomads moved to Kozhubek's parking lot, the ethnos that inhabited the immediate vicinity of Kozhubek gradually flocked. Then, during the years of Stalinist repressions, the first settlers appeared: Germans, Russians, Ukrainians, Latvians and Kalmyks. The composition of the population begins to mix and becomes multinational.
During the Great Patriotic War , Kozhubek, it was decided to rename Otradnoe, in memory of the village destroyed by the Nazis in the western part of the country.
In the 60s of the XX century, Otradnoe became a branch of the Moskalensky farm.
- Title
In accordance with Decree of the
Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 1991 No. 86 [5] , Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1992, and Resolution of the Head of the Administration of Maryanovsky District No. 464 of December 30, 1992, the Rossiysk state farm was reorganized [6] . The text of the resolution of the head of the administration of Maryanovsky district No. 464 dated 12/30/1992 is stored in the Maryanovsky archive in paper form, since at the time it entered into force (12/30/1992), the Internet in Russia was not yet developed.
Thus, in the official documents (“Law on the Omsk Region” [7] and “On the Budget of the Moskalensky Rural Settlement” [8] ), there are two names: “Branch No. 3 of the Russian State Farm” and “Otradnoye”.
According to the old-timers of the village, Otradnoye received the serial number "3", as the village took third place in the harvest of grain crops.
With the existence of the “Russian state farm”, among the combine harvesters, competitions were held annually in terms of the number of harvested areas. According to the results of these competitions, combine operators received good bonuses, and often even the right to receive a car.
