The Chulkovsky village council was formed in 1923 as part of the Chulkovskaya volost of the Bronnitsky district of Moscow province [2] .

In 1926, Chulkovo s / s included 1 settlement - the village of Chulkovo [3] .

In 1929, Chulkovsky s / s was assigned to the Ramensky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

On July 17, 1939, the Kulakovsky (village of Kulakovo ) and the Mikhailovo-Slobodsky village councils were annexed to the Chulkovsky s / s.

On June 30, 1958, the villages of Vertyachevo , Durnikha , Patkino , Ramenskoye experimental field and Shilovo of the abolished Sinkovsky s / s were annexed to the Chulkovsky s / s .

On June 3, 1959, the Ramensky district was abolished and the Chulkovsky s / s entered the Lyubertsy district .

On August 18, 1960, Chulkovsky s / s was transferred to the restored Ramensky district.

On August 20, 1960, the villages of Zaprudnoye , Ivanovka and Sinkovo were transferred from Sof'insky s / s to Chulkovsky.

On February 1, 1963, the Ramensky district was again abolished and the Chulkovsky s / s entered the Lyubertsy rural region . January 11, 1965 Chulkovsky s / s was returned to the restored Ramensky district.

On September 11, 1967, the villages of Eganovo , Zhukovo , Zelenaya Sloboda , Kamennoy Tyazhino , Kakuzevo and Migrants from the abolished Eganovsky village were joined to the Chulkovsky s / s . At the same time, the villages of Vertyachevo, Durnikha, Zaprudnoe, Ivanovka, Patkino, Sinkovo ​​and Shilovo were transferred from Chulkovsky s / s to Sofinsky. Then, from Ostrovetsky s / s to Chulkovsky, a residential village DEU-41 was transferred.

On December 30, 1977, the Nizhne-Myachkovsky Village Council was attached to the Chulkovsky s / s.

On June 23, 1988, in the Chulkovsky village, the village of Migrants was abolished.

February 3, 1994 Chulkovo s / s was transformed into the Chulkovo rural district .

On April 23, 2003, the village of Ramensky agrochemical station (RAOS) was transferred from Chulkovsky s / o to Sofinsky [4] .

During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Chulkovsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Chulkovskoye [5] .

November 29, 2006 Chulkovsky rural district is excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [6] .
