Biography
Born June 19, 1984 in Istanbul in the family of Yasemin and Serjan Akalay, the only child in the family. From 3 years old Birge was engaged in ballet, attended a ballet club. In 2004, Birge entered Istanbul Theater University at the Faculty of Dramatic Art and Theater Criticism. In 2004, Birge took 3rd place at the Miss Turkey contest. From 2004 to 2007, the girl worked as a presenter on television, and in 2006 received her first role in the series "Fate." Fame Birge brought the role of Havva in the series "Between Heaven and Earth."
Personal life
On May 17, 2011, Birje married actor Murat Yunalmysh, a partner in their joint television series “Between Heaven and Earth,” divorced in November 2012. Birje remarried on August 1, 2014, to actor Sarp Levendoglu . However, the marriage did not last long: in January 2017, the couple divorced. There were no children in any of the marriages.
