The source is located on the Tylovay Upland , 5 km northwest of the village of Kykva. From the source flows to the northeast, then turns north. There are several dams and dams on the river. The upper and middle reaches pass through the Sharkansky district, the lower - along the Debossky. The river flows through the villages of Udmurt Altsy, Klyuchi and several non-residential.
It falls into Ita near the village of Nizhny Tylovay .
