Tyloyka is a river in Russia , flows in the Sharkan region of the Republic of Udmurtia . The mouth of the river is 39 km along the left bank of the Ita River. The river is 17 km long.

The source is located on the Tylovay Upland , 3 km north-west of the village of Suronovo near the border with the Yakshur-Bodyinsky district . It flows to the northeast, flows the village of Nizhny Tyly and several non-residential. Inflow - Isko (right).
It flows into Itu on the border of Sharkan and Debossky regions , 3 km south-west of the village of Verkhny Chetker .
