History
The group was founded in 1991, however, it got its name in 1993 . The name of the group comes from “Investments. Building. Technologies ” [1] , which fully reflects the specifics of its activities. The business card of the Group is investment projects in the field of industrial development - from design and construction to the operation of technologically complex industrial production.
Although during the period of formation, the group was actively engaged in the organization of various industries, export-import operations, real estate transactions, the provision of credit and financial services.

- Finance: Otkrytie Holding (4.9%); Included in ICT Holding Ltd.

- Development and design: JSC " VNII Galurgii " (integrated institute engaged in scientific development and design in the potash, salt and related industries);
- Coal mining: East Mining Company (45%, coal mining on the coast of Sakhalin and the Magadan region, exports to countries in the Asia-Pacific region); Included in ICT Holding Ltd.
- Rare-earth metals: TriArk Mining (a joint venture of the ICT Group and RT-Global Resources of Rostec State Corporation, established to develop the Tomtromsky deposit of rare earth metals and niobium);
