Hoifahe [1] ( Chinese р 辉 河 发 ) is a river in the Chinese province of Jirin , the left tributary of the Sungari .

Geography
The source of the river is located on Longgang Mountain in Qingyuan-Manchurian Autonomous County . From there, the river flows northeast through Meihekou , then between Panshi and Huinan , and flows into the Sungari on the territory of Huadian .
