Distribution
Found in Southeast Asia : Indonesia [1] .
Description
Pollinators and phytophages of plants of the genus ficus ( Ficus , family Mulberry ) of the following species: Ficus obscura var. angustata ( Moraceae ) [1] . It differs from closely related species by its indistinct venation of wings and two dorso-apical spines on fore tibia. Body length about 1 mm, dark brown. Paws 5-segmented, antennae 10-segmented, shorter than body. The species was first described in 1969 as part of the genus Liporrhopalum under the original name Liporrhopalum angustatae Hill, 1969 , and after the genus synonymization, has received the modern name [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] .
