Biography
He graduated from the Alma-Ata Veterinary Institute (1962). Comes from the tribe of Dulat [2] .
In 1962-1975 he was engaged in scientific and practical activities in the field of organization and management of agriculture and industry. A collection of articles and reports has been published.
