Jose Pereira de Abreu Junior ( port. José Pereira de Abreu Júnior ; March 26, 1946 ) - Brazilian actor. He gained fame on the series " Prospect of Brazil " in the role of Neil Oliveira. [1] In total, the actor has more than 20 works in the cinema and about 50 on television.

Biography
In 1967, while studying law at the Catholic University of São Paulo, he began his theatrical career with the production of the play Juan Cabral de Melo Neto and Chico Buarca . A year later, he starred in a movie, but his career was interrupted due to his political activity: Abreu was arrested during a meeting of the National Student Union, belonged to the People’s Action and supported the left-wing guerrilla movement “Revolutionary People's Vanguard”, which fought against the military regime, although as a hippie remained a supporter of non-violence. Forced to go into exile in Europe in 1968, he was able to return to his homeland in 1974.
Personal life
Abreu has five children from three different wives. His eldest son, Rodrigo, died in an accident in 1992 at the age of 21. In addition, Jose has four grandchildren [2] . In early 2013, he declared his bisexuality [3] .
