Igor Gubernsky is a Russian expert in the field of restaurant business, founder and president of the annual Moscow Gastronomic Festival [1] (included by the Moscow Government in the list of the most important city events), which has been going on since 2005; Chairperson of the expert council of the Bay Restaurant Independent Restaurant Award [1] , founder and organizer of the annual Silver Triangle contest for the title of the best young chef in Russia, organizer of the first Taste of Moscow festival. Founder of the Moscow Restaurant Week Festival, which has been held since 2016 in spring and summer.

Biography
Born in Moscow on May 29, 1963. Received a physical and technical education.
In 2005, he took an active part in the organization and holding of the Moscow Gastronomic Festival and the independent Bay Award restaurant award.
From 2006 to 2009 he published the directory “Spoon: 100 of the best restaurants in Moscow”.
Since 2010, she has been holding the Silver Triangle competition for the title of the best young chef in Russia.
In 2010, he participated in the organization of the first Russian-French gastronomic seasons.
In 2012, he founded the Moscow version of the gastronomic festival Taste of Moscow.
In 2016, he founded the Moscow Restaurant Week festival
In 2017, he held the XIII Moscow Gastronomic Festival with the participation of 100 of the best restaurants in Moscow.
According to the popular portal Agrodolce.it is one of the most influential people in the world in the field of gastronomy.
Since 2013, it has been publishing the independent restaurant guide Rest IQ for the best restaurants in Moscow with the support of the San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna brands, whose gastronomic ratings are recognized as one of the most respected. The publication includes more than 250 establishments - restaurants and cafes of interest to both gourmet lovers and professionals in the gastronomic industry.
Develops cross-cultural cooperation, organizing cultural exchanges between countries in the field of gastronomy.
