Biography
In 1998 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance [1] [2] .
Since 1998 he worked on TV-3 channel (advertising sales manager in St. Petersburg , since 2000 - general director in Chelyabinsk, in 2002-2004 - vice president of the television network, in 2006-2008 - executive director of TV-3 ) [1] .
Since 2004, he worked at INFON (director of the Moscow representative office, since 2005 - director of sales and marketing) [1] .
From January to April 2008, he served as CEO of the MTV Russia music television channel [3] . In 2008-2009, he was the general director of the Choose Radio group of companies, which is involved in the consolidation of Russian radio stations [4] .
From September 2009 [5] to December 2011, he was the CEO of 7TV channel [1] , which under his leadership significantly changed the concept of broadcasting, due to which, according to Kommersant , it increased the average daily audience in the whole of the Russian Federation to 1.9%. At the same time, advertising revenue grew 2.5 times, which was the best result of 2011 among all federal television channels [6] .
From November 2011 to May 2012 - General Director of the children's television channel Disney Channel Russia [7] .
In 2012, he headed the Moscow branch of MegaFon [8] ; In 2015, he was appointed Executive Director for Business Development in the Mass Market of MegaFon PJSC and at the same time as General Director of Skartel [9] [10] .
