Line 19 (Paris Metro)

Line 19 ( fr. Ligne 19 du métro de Paris ; also - Combination of lines 3bis and 7bis , fr. Fusion des lignes 3 bis et 7 bis du métro de Paris ) - the projected nineteenth line of the Paris Metro . It is planned to form it by merging the existing 3bis and 7bis lines [1] .

History

Section 7 of the line (later becoming a separate line of 7bis) was opened in 1911 .

The 7bis line was launched in 1967 , and the 3bis line in 1971.

In 2013, it was announced that the lines would be connected into a single line 19. This should happen after 2030 [2] .
