History
The bank was founded in February 1989 in Yekaterinburg (then Sverdlovsk).
Owners and management
Basically, the bank’s shares were distributed among the participants of the UMMC holding, namely: by 2016, 95% of the authorized capital was owned by the Mednogorsk Copper-Sulfur Plant ( MMSK LLC). In January 2016, the Federal Antimonopoly Service approved the redistribution of bank shares among other holding participants in the proportions of 70%, 25% and 5%. It was noted that the transaction is of a technical nature with the goal of internal corporate optimization, and not the actual change of ownership [2] .
On December 17, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Ural Ring Bank appointed Alexander Zubkov as the Chairman of the Management Board of the organization Alexander Zubkov officially headed the Ural Ring Bank . Previously, he managed a bank branch in Kemerovo .
Geography of activity
As of 2016, the bank is represented by 67 offices in 53 settlements, and the ATM network consists of more than 200 devices [3] .
