History
The Zinziver literary magazine was conceived by the Moscow poet and publisher Yevgeny Stepanov , poets and artists Arsen Mirzaev, Valery Mishin, Tamara Bukovskaya, Dmitry Grigoryev, Valery Zemsky and Eter de Pagni as a purely poetic magazine focusing on experimental and avant-garde . The name of the magazine was the poem " Grasshopper " by Velimir Khlebnikov [1] [2] . Over time, the format of the publication became wider, the aesthetic framework receded into the background, traditional poems and poetic translations, short prose, journalism, reviews of book novelties began to be published [3] .
Zinziver Magazine Award
The editorial staff of the magazine annually presents the Zinziver magazine award for the best publications in the field of poetry, prose, study, criticism, and journalism. Laureates receive special diplomas [4] .
