Staropargolovsky housing estate (the names are also used: Staropargolovsky quarter , Gorodok , German cottages ) - a residential complex of 12 buildings on 2-3 floors in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg . Located between Toreza Avenue , Deciduous Street , Jacques Duclos Street and Vitkovsky Street . It is part of the 28th district of the municipality of St. Petersburg No. 13 "Svetlanovskoe" [1] [2] .

Settlement
In 2005, an investment agreement was concluded with the Jaspis company for the resettlement of housing estate houses with the subsequent construction of a multi-storey residential complex in their place. In November 2008, this contract was terminated due to the insolvency of the developer [6] .
In the summer of 2015, it became known about the plan of a large construction company to erect a multi-storey building in the housing estate [7] .
