Staropargolovsky housing estate (the names are also used: Staropargolovsky quarter , Gorodok , German cottages ) - a residential complex of 12 buildings on 2-3 floors in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg . Settlement

In 2005, an investment agreement was concluded with the Jaspis company for the resettlement of housing estate houses with the subsequent construction of a multi-storey residential complex in their place. In November 2008, this contract was terminated due to the insolvency of the developer [6] .
