She keeps Spike in the dog's briefcase, and also wants to learn about the mysticism of the Canterlot school. Headmaster Sinch summons her to her office and wants her to participate in the Friendship Games, or she will not give Sparkle the way to Everton. Twinkle agrees.

Meanwhile, Sunset Shimmer learns from friends that Canterlot never won at games. A few minutes later, Rainbow with the song "CHS Rally Song" inspires Wanderkolts. Canterlot Vanderkolts compete with Shadowballs - a team of Crystal Academy - in various school disciplines: chemistry , economics , works, as well as in the contest on pronunciation “ Spelling bee ”, which ends in a draw. Sunset and Sparkle find themselves one-on-one in a math competition, and Sparkle wins it. Sunset breaks the pendant, after which it turns into the same creature and, thanks to the magic of friendship, defeats Sparkle. Spark apologizes to all, Shadowbolts also admit their guilt. Director Sinch promises to complain to the Department of Education, but Celestia, Luna, Dean Cadence and Spike hint that no one would believe her there.

In the end, both teams were declared the winners, and Sparkle, realizing that even in prestigious Everton she did not learn anything about friendship, decides to transfer to Canterlot, with the permission of Cadence. Rainbums happily accept a new girlfriend, and Sunset finally understands how the magic of Equestria works in their world. In the scene in front of the captions Sparkle from the world of the pony comes out of the portal and notices another Sparkle with his friends, and he is very surprised by this.
