One of the most titled female curling women in Canada: world champion ( 2008 ), vice world champion ( 1995 ), bronze medalist of the world championship ( 2010 ). Five-time champion of Canada ( 1995 , 2005 , 2008 , 2009 , 2010 ).
In 2018, she was inducted into the Canadian Curling Hall of Fame [1] [2] .

Privacy
Works as a “mother all day” ( English full time mother ).
Married. Husband - Mike Clapham [7] , married in 1995. Two children: son Andrew ( born Andrew , born 1998), daughter Mackenzie ( born Mackenzie , born 2002).
Katie's father, Doug Overton ( Doug Overton ) was (at the beginning of 2009) the head of scouts (engaged in the search and selection of possible candidates for the sports club) of the Dallas Stars hockey club [8] , playing in the NHL , and in 1999 the Stanley Cup ( the main prize of the NHL) "stayed" in their house [9] .
