Biography

Alexander Anatolyevich Maksimtsev was born on August 20, 1963 in the city of Tokmak, Chui Oblast , Kyrgyz SSR . In 1985 he graduated from the Yeisk Higher Military Aviation School for Pilots named after V.M. Komarov . In 1997 he graduated from the Air Force Academy. Yu.A. Gagarin . Graduate of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Alexander Anatolyevich Maksimtsev served in the following positions: pilot, senior pilot, flight commander, deputy squadron commander, squadron commander, deputy flight regiment commander, deputy regiment commander, aviation regiment commander, deputy flight division commander, deputy commander of the association Air Force and Air Defense for Aviation - Chief of Aviation.

By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 13, 2013 he was appointed to the post of deputy chief of aviation of the Russian Air Force [1] .
