History
The first mention of the village dates back to 1629 and is contained in the List of scribal books of Grigory Kireyevsky from 1627-1629. The village belonged to the Ponis camp and was divided into lots. Among the landowners, representatives of such families as the Lepunovs, Dvoreninovs, Potulovs, Trubitsins, Zasetskys, Bludovs, Putyatins, Malenins, Esakovs, tradesmen Koreyevs, Slepushkins, Volkovs, Shemetovs, Protasovs are mentioned. Originally it was a cluster of villages around the Christmas Temple. Then a wooden temple was built in 1789. Later, in 1870, a stone temple was built, which was demolished in Soviet times, and a number of buildings were built from its bricks, including the collective farm board and the club. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was part of the Kuzminskoye volost (the volost center - the village of Kuzminskoye), there were grits, a brick factory, a state-owned wine shop.
From 2004 to 2014, the village was the center of the Fedyakinsky rural settlement , which in 2014 became part of the Vakinsky rural settlement .
In the summer of 2008, the series "Village Comedy" was shot in the village. Starring M. Basharov and M. Golubkin .
