GÜFA ( German: Gesellschaft zur Übernahme und Wahrnehmung von Filmaufführungsrechten mbH ) is a German copyright society dedicated to the protection of copyright of production companies specializing in the production of pornographic films and the copyrights of their respective owners. GÜFA collectively manages rights for its member companies, for example in the field of film distribution . It also seeks to influence German law in the interests of its member companies.

Located in Dusseldorf . It also operates in the Netherlands under the name GÜFA Nederland and collaborates with several similar organizations in other European countries: VAM (Verwertungsgesellschaft für Audiovisuelle Medien) in Austria, SIA ATBALSS in Latvia, EGEDA Ciudad de la Imagen in Spain and "Intergram" in Greece.
GÜFA-registered pornographic films must be sold with the company’s seal on the packaging. In addition, in the film credits, the GÜFA Society is indicated before the film begins [1] . GÜFA also marks films with mandatory warnings: “This film will not be offered for viewing to teens under the age of 18.”
