Allenwiller ( fr. Allenwiller ) - abolished commune in the north-east of France in the Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine region , Lower Rhine department , Saverne district , canton Saverne [1] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Marmouth , Saverne District. Abolished from January 1, 2016, merged with the communes of Birkenwald , Salenthal and Sengrist into the new Sommero commune [2] .

Economy
In 2010, out of 309 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 248 were economically active , 61 were inactive (an activity indicator of 80.3%, in 1999 - 75.1%). Of the 248 active able-bodied residents, 236 people (126 men and 110 women) worked, 12 were unemployed (three men and 9 women). Among 61 able-bodied inactive citizens, 19 were pupils or students , 24 were retired , and another 18 were inactive for other reasons [9] [10] .
