Baron Hayden-Guest of Saling in Essex County - ancestral title in the United Kingdom Peer system. It was created on February 2, 1950 for the politician - Labor Leslie Hayden-Guest (1877-1960). Previously, he represented North Soutuark (1923-1927) and North Islington (1937-1950) in the House of Commons. His third son, the 4th Baron Hayden-Guest (1913-1996), who succeeded his stepbrother in 1987, worked for many years at the United Nations (UN).

Since 1996, the title holder has been his son, Christopher Hayden-Guest, 5th Baron Hayden-Guest (born 1948), who succeeded his father in 1996. Christopher Guest - film director , writer , actor and musician , married to actress Jamie Lee Curtis (born 1958).

Anthony Hayden-Guest (born 1937), the older half-brother of the 5th Baron, was born out of wedlock and, therefore, is not in the line of inheritance. Since the children of the 5th baron are also not in the line of inheritance, the heir is the younger brother of the current baron, the Hon. Nicholas Hayden-Guest (born May 5, 1955).
