Biography
Born on June 1, 1961 in Baku .
In 1979 - 1984 studied at the Baku State Conservatory named after U. Hajibeyov (class of professor G. K. Kerimov) [4] .
In 1987 - 1991 - Soloist of the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater of the Azerbaijan SSR named after Akhundova .
In 1991 - 1996 - Soloist of the Moscow theater " New Opera " [5] .
In 1992 - 1996 performed at the Vienna Chamber Opera in the roles of the Countess in the opera “The Wedding of Figaro” and Donna Elvira in the opera “Don Giovanni” by V. A. Mozart.
In 1994 she made her debut at the Bolshoi Theater in the part of Floria in the opera Tosca by G. Puccini).
In 1996 she was admitted to the Bolshoi Theater of Russia
In 1998 - 2001 She performed at the International Opera Festival in Savonlinna (Finland), where she performed the parts of Leonora (The Force of Fate, J. Verdi) and Aida (The Aida, J. Verdi)
In 1998, she performed the part of Stefana in the opera Giordano's “Siberia” at the International Festival in Wexford (Ireland).
In 1999 she was invited to the Deutsche Opera on the Rhine (Düsseldorf), as well as to the Berlin Deutsche Opera for the part of Aida in the opera of the same name by J. Verdi,
In 2000 she performed the part of Leonora (The Force of Fate by J. Verdi) at the Danish Royal Opera .
In 2001, she performed the part of Amelia in J. Verdi’s opera "The Masquerade Ball", and in 2006, Leonora in the opera Force of Doom by J. Verdi in the Metropolitan Opera , (USA)
In 2003 she performed the part of Tosca in the opera of the same name by J. Puccini at the International Opera Festival in Edinburgh and the Scottish Royal Opera (Scotland),
and also at the Royal Opera La Monnet (Brussels)
In 2005, she was nominated for the Golden Mask National Theater Award for Best Actress in the opera Macbeth by J. Verdi (in the role of Lady Macbeth).
She also took part in productions and premieres in such theaters as the Grand Opera Liceo (Barcelona), Opera-Manheim (Germany), New Israel Opera, Erfurt Opera,
Bremen Opera, Singapore, Frankfurt Opera, La Fenice (Venice), Seattle (USA), Lucerne (Switzerland), Nuremberg, Malta, Nice Opera , Paris National Opera (France, Paris)
