Xinan Wang ( Chinese trad. 西南 王 , pinyin : Xīnán Wáng ) is one of the Chinese titles of go , literally the name of the title means "King of the southwest" [1] . The organizer and sponsor of the tournament is the Zhongguo Qiyuan organization responsible for board and card intellectual games in the country.

Parties of the Xinan tournament are held with blitz-control of time, each player has 30 seconds per move. The tournament is held according to the playoff system , in total 16 players from 5 teams from southwest China participate in it. The prize pool of the tournament is 30,000 yuan .
