Biography
Born December 11, 1922 in Chrnomel. Member of the Union of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia since 1938 , member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia since 1940 . In August 1941 he entered the Belokran partisan company, later served in the Novo-Mesto partisan company. On the night of November 3, 1941, he took part in an attack on Buchko and was wounded in battle. After restoration, he returned to duty and headed the Mokronoshsky company, until August 1942 he commanded a battalion and was an operational officer in the 2nd group of partisan detachments. He died in battle on November 7, 1942 on the top of Tolsti-vrh, on Mount Dobrovle.
The title of People's Hero of Yugoslavia was posthumously assigned December 20, 1951 .
