Reytsen, Evgeny Aleksandrovich

In 1953 he graduated from high school number 9 on Podol, in 1958 - the faculty of urban construction and economy of the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute . ^[2]

Since 1958, he has been teaching at the Department of Urban Construction of the Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture . Candidate of Technical Sciences (1972), Associate Professor (1974). Since 2001 - Professor of the Department of Urban Construction.

Since 1969 - Scientific Secretary, and since 1974 - Deputy Chairman of the section of city traffic and transport SAU USSR.

In 1985, at his suggestion, a department was created at the Ukrkommunremdorproekt Institute (Zhytomyr) to design ASMS in the cities of the Ukrainian SSR, and in 1986 at KISI, a research group developed technical tasks for designing ASUD for 20 regional centers of Ukraine, and also the design of KSOD (for Lviv, Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Gorlovka, etc.), of which he was head until 1992.

In 1998, in honor of the 50th anniversary of the specialty GS KISS, he was awarded a diploma and an honorary badge of the chairman of the Kiev city administration.

From 1995 to 2001 - head of development of the DBN of Ukraine on exterior lighting, traffic intersections, streets and roads of settlements.

From 2004 to 2007 he worked (part-time) as a professor at the Department of Highway and Airport Reconstruction of the National Aviation University (NAU), and from 2008 to 2013 he was a professor at the Department of Traffic Management (part-time) of the Donetsk Academy of Road Transport (DAAT).

From 2006 to 2007 - Project Manager of the KFSL in the cities of Lviv , Kramatorsk and Gorlovka .

From 1996 to 2010, he was the chairman of the Ukrainian Commission on Chess Composition and a member of the Executive Committee of the Chess Federation of Ukraine, as well as a representative of Ukraine in the FIDE Permanent Commission on Chess Composition and a coach of the national team of Ukraine to decide chess compositions. ^[3]

In 2004, he organized the journal “Problemist Ukraine” and was its chief editor until 2010.

Since 2000, the national judge, since 2004 - the international category in chess composition.

Since 2014 - Honorary Member of the International Federation for Chess Composition.

The first published poem is “The Shard of Childhood” (“For the Budvielni Frame”, 1986).

In total, more than 350 poems in Ukrainian and Russian have been published. Some were set to music.

E. A. Reitsen is a member of the KNUSA poetic club “Verse and I” since its foundation (1986), its vice-president and member of the local history club “Kievans” (since 2013).

In 2011, his poetic collection “Poetry Notebook” (101 poems) was published, which is in the International Competition. Mirona Utrisko was awarded the Diploma of III degree, in 2015 - the poetry collection “Budivnic”, which included 120 poems of the author.

Author of several articles on transport in the Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia and Encyclopedic Dictionary "Kiev". Since 2002 - member of the editorial board of the Svitlo-Lux magazine. Author of more than 350 scientific publications, including:
