Biography
A peasant in the village of Kinelskoye in the Arkhangelsk volost of the Buguruslan district of the Samara province. He had a primary education. He was the chairman of the volost court. He was elected a member of the State Duma by agreement with the party of people's freedom [1] .
March 26, 1906 was elected to the State Duma of the I convocation of the total electors from the Samara Provincial Electoral Assembly. In the Duma, he did not join any of the factions, remaining non-partisan. However, the Trudoviks in their publication “Works of the First State Duma” describe Krutkin’s political position as “B. etc.". This means that non-partisan Krutkin settled in the state-owned apartment of Erogin , hired by state money for poor deputies, especially for their processing in a pro-government spirit, and remained there until the end of the work of the Duma [2] . He participated in the debate on the agricultural issue.
After the dissolution of the Duma, he returned home, lived and was engaged in agriculture in the village of Kinelsk until 1937.
On August 4, 1937, he was arrested on charges under Article 58-10 (counter-revolutionary propaganda and agitation). On August 28, 1937, he was sentenced by a trio under the Office of the NKVD in the Kuibyshev Region to 10 years in prison [3] .
The fate and date of death is unknown.
Rehabilitated by the Kuibyshev Regional Court on May 31, 1957 [3] .
