“All Day” is a song by American rapper Kanye West , released March 2, 2015 . Recorded with American singer Theophilus London , Canadian rapper and producer of Allan Kingdom and Paul McCartney . The authors of the song were Kanye West , Karim Kharbouch , Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar , Jacques Webster and other musicians. The song received positive reviews and was nominated for two Grammy-2016 awards in the category Best Rap Performance and Best rap song ^[1] ^[2] .

Content

History

In live performance, the song was first presented at the 2015 BRIT Awards ceremony with a large team of American and British rappers, including Boy Better Know , Novelist , Q-Tip , Krept & Konan , Stormzy , Allan Kingdom , Theophilus London and Vic Mensa ^[3] Kanye West also presented the song at the NBA Playoffs 2015 ^[4] and at a Glastonbury concert ^[5] .

Music video

As soon as the track was released in March 2015, it was announced that West would release a music video, directed by Steve McQueen ^[6] . In July, this music video was first shown online ^[7] . The official music video for this song was released on February 22, 2016, it was shot under the direction of director Steve McQueen, as was planned immediately after the release of the single ^[8] .
