Voloshino is a multilateral automobile checkpoint on the Russian-Ukrainian border . It is located in the Rostov region in the territory of the Voloshinsky rural settlement of the Millerovsky district on the 38 km of the P272 Millerovo - Lugansk highway, southeast of the Voloshino settlement. MAPP "Voloshino" is in the sphere of activity of Millerovo customs of the Southern Customs Administration of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation .

From Ukraine, the checkpoint "Krasnaya Talovka" ( ukr. Krasna Talivka ), located on the territory of the village Krasnaya Talovka, Stanichno-Luganskiy district, Lugansk region .
History
On October 1, 1992, the Voloshinsky customs post was opened on the Russian-Ukrainian border near the village of Voloshino . [1] The beginning is the customs clearance of goods, the conduct of customs operations in relation to citizens.
The checkpoint was formed after the signing in Kiev on February 8, 1995 of an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Ukraine on checkpoints across the state border between the Russian Federation and Ukraine [2] .
After the conflict in the South-East of Ukraine, which broke out in the spring of 2014, and the subsequent hostilities in the Luhansk region , the checkpoint Krasnaya Talovka worked unstably. It was temporarily closed in August 2014 [3] and in February 2015 [4] . Respectively, the work of the Voloshino MAPP also stopped. In the summer of 2015, active hostilities took place in the neighboring Stanitsa Luganskaya .
As of September 2017, the passage of persons, goods and vehicles through the customs post MAPP Voloshino was not carried out. [five]
