Bagdat Abilmazhinuly Karasaev (born June 12, 1964 ) is the city akim of Taldykorgan .

Biography
B. A. Karasaev was born in the village of Dzerzhinsk, Taldy-Kurgan Region. After graduating from high school, he entered the Almaty Institute of Railway Transport Engineers , who graduated in 1986 with a degree in railway engineering.
After serving in the Soviet Army, he returned to his native village, where he began working as a vocational school teacher-1. Working in the vocational education system, I went from a simple teacher to a school principal.
In 2001–2004, he worked as Director of Alakol-Agro LLP, TSC-Agro LLP, Tau-Samal Ltd. Company LLP and Kaiynda LLP.
In October 2004, he was appointed deputy akim of Alakol district, and as early as next month - akim of the same district. He worked in this position until May 2015, when he was transferred to the regional akimat to the position of head of the Akim’s Office.
In November 2015, he was appointed Akim of the city of Taldykorgan - the regional center of Almaty region.
