Biography
In 1939 he graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University , worked at the Department of Theoretical Physics of Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. V.I. Lenin (professor). Yavorsky's scientific research is devoted to the problems of optics and spectroscopy . He created the quantum-mechanical theory of collisions, developed the theory of stepwise excitation of atoms , developed the quantum-mechanical theory of stepwise processes of interaction of electrons with atoms and the theory of knocking out electrons from metals in a gas discharge. He conducted a systematics of electronic spectra of organometallic compounds . For 18 years he was the chief editor of scientific and methodological collections of universities in physics.
