Vir-o-Val ( French Wihr-au-Val ) - a commune in the north-east of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardenne - Lorraine ), department of the Upper Rhine , Colmar - Riboville , canton Winsenheim [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Munster ( Colmar County).

Economics
In 2010, out of 818 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years), 628 were economically active , 190 inactive (activity indicator 76.8%, in 1999 - 74.8%). Of the 628 active able-bodied residents, 589 people worked (312 men and 277 women), 39 were unemployed (16 men and 23 women).
