Biography

Born on October 1, 1921 in Rochin. Parents: Adolf Arigler Sr., Technician, and Ema Leban. He graduated from high school in Ljubljana. On the front of the People’s Liberation War of Yugoslavia since 1941, he worked in a partisan printing house, and from that year he was a member of the Communist Party of Slovenia . For service, he was awarded the 1941 Partisan Memory Medal.

After the war he worked in the judicial system, public administration and the Communist Party of Slovenia. He was on the Presidium of the Socialist Union of the Working People of Slovenia . From 1957 to 1963 - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Union of Communists of Slovenia. From 1963 to 1969 - Member of the People's Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia and Head of the Administrative Commission under the Assembly.

At the IV and V congresses he was elected to the Central Committee of the Union of Communists of Slovenia from 1958 to 1968. He was a member of the secretariat of the election commission of the Socialist Union of the Working People of Slovenia, the revision committee of the Union of Communists of Yugoslavia , and headed the Physical Culture Council of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia.

He died in 1999.
