History

Loktionovo already existed by the beginning of the 18th century and at that time it included the composition of the Usogsky camp of the Kursk district , located on its northwestern outskirts, near the border with the Kromsky district [3] . The village was named after the first borrowers - the Loktionov’s classmates, who arrived here from the north, from Oryol Uyezd . Subsequently, some of the local Loktionovyh cursed to the nobles. Also, one of the first inhabitants of the village were the odnodorytsy Artyomov, Gvozdev and Igina [4] . The population of Laktionov was attributed to the parish of the Church of St. George the Victorious in the neighboring village of Igino .

In 1779, the village became part of the newly formed Fatezh district of Kursk governorate (since 1797 - the province ). Before the general land surveying of the 1780s, the inhabitants of Loktionov captured and plowed the lands belonging to the peasants of the village of Lyubazh . In 1796, by decision of the Senate, 513 acres of land was cut off from the village of Loktionovo and transferred to the village of Lyubazh, however, litigation in this case did not abate until the 1820s.

In the 19th century, part of the village population was owned by peasants (belonged to the landlords), and some were state-owned (owned by the state). At the time of the abolition of serfdom in 1861, the peasants of Loktionov owned: staff captain Vladimir Anakhin (8 souls), college registrar Alexander Anokhin (3 souls), Pelageya Loktionova (2 souls), Maria Loktionova (19 souls). At that time, the village was part of the Iginsky volost of Fatezh district [5] . In 1862 there were 63 yards in Loktionovo, 947 people lived (460 males and 487 females) [6] . In 1877, there were already 116 yards in the village, 806 people lived, a sheepskin factory was operating [7] . According to the Zemsky census of 1883, there were 56 courtyards of the Loktionovs, 21 courtyards of the Artyomovs, 18 courtyards of the Gvozdevs, 17 courtyards of the Igins, 6 courtyards of the Choglokovs. At the end of the 19th century, Loktionovo became part of the Lower Reut volost . In 1898, a zemstvo school was opened in the village.

In the 1920s, Loktionovo became part of the Iginsky Village Council of Fatezhsky , then Verkhnelyubazhsky (1935-1963) districts. In 1937 there were 203 yards in the village [8] . During the Great Patriotic War, from October 1941 to February 1943 she was in the zone of Nazi occupation. In 1963, the village was transferred to the Yasenetsky village council . In 1981, about 230 people lived in Loktionovo, there was a dairy farm [9] . In 1989, the village was returned to the restored Iginsky Village Council, in which it was until its abolition in 2010.
