Vladimir Tikhonovich Dosychev ( July 19 (31), 1878 , the village of Dmitrovskoye, Oboyansk Uyezd , Kursk Province - December 1937 ) - a leader of renovationism , the renovationist Archbishop of Bryansk and Bezhitsky.
Biography
Born on July 19, 1878 in the village of Dmitrovskoye, Oboyansk district, Kursk province [1] in the family of priest Tikhon Ivanovich Dosychev and his wife Olga Ivanovna [2] .
In 1893 he graduated from the Kursk Theological College . In 1899 he graduated from the Kursk Theological Seminary [1] .
In 1899 he was appointed overseer of students of the Stary Oskol Theological School. Was Married [1] .
On January 29, 1902, he was ordained a priest and assigned to the Kosmodamianovskaya church in the village of Krasnaya Yaruga, Grayvoronsky district, Kursk province [1] (now the Belgorod region ).
Moved to the Stavropol diocese . Since December 3, 1911, the priest of the Kazan Cathedral in Stavropol. On April 3, 1913 he was awarded the velvet violet skufyu [1] .
In 1922, evaded a renovationist schism. He was elevated to the rank of archpriest [1] .
In 1925 he was appointed rector of the Mikhailo-Arkhangelsk Cathedral of Pyatigorsk and a member of the Pyatigorsk Diocesan Administration. In December 1926, he was appointed rector of the Nikolaev Church of Rostov-on-Don and became a member of the North Caucasus Metropolitan Church Administration. In 1928 he was appointed rector of the Nicholas Church of the city of Millerovo in the North Caucasus Territory. In 1930, he was appointed rector of the Mikhailo-Arkhangelsk Church in Sochi [1] .
February 24, 1935 in Moscow, being married, consecrated to the renovationist bishop of Bryansk and Bezhitsky. The consecration was performed by Metropolitans Vitaly (Vvedensky) and Alexander Vvedensky . March 1, 1935 arrived at a new duty station. The department was located in the Resurrection Church of the city of Bryansk. February 16, 1936 elevated to the rank of archbishop [1] .
October 2, 1937 was arrested [1] . He went through the case of the Autocephalous Black Church, allegedly being the head of a counter-revolutionary group with a center in Kaluga [3] .
November 11, 1937 fired for the state [4] .
On November 30 of the same year, by a resolution of the Troika of the USSR NKVD in the Oryol Region, he was sentenced to death. Shot. Information on the date of execution in the case is not available [1] .
