History

Vanino ITL was established in 1952 . Office of the Vanino ITL was located in the village of Vanino , Khabarovsk Territory . In the operational command, he was subordinate to the Office of camps and colonies of the Office of Internal Affairs (UITLK ATC) of the Khabarovsk Territory.

The maximum lump number of prisoners could be about 15,000 people.

The Vanino ITL was closed in 1954 , and its units became part of the Ulma Forced Labor Camp .

Production

The Vanino ITL was a transshipment base for transporting prisoners to other Dalstroy camps, the main type of production activity of prisoners was auxiliary work.
