Vladimir Faddevich Vilchinsky ( Ukrainian: Volodimir Tadeevich Vilchinsky , April 2, 1931 , the village of Fedorovka ) - Ukrainian political and public figure, chairman of the Druzhba collective farm in the Khmelnytsky district of the Vinnitsa region , the Ukrainian SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1973). Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (1976-1990). Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1990-1991) [1] .

Biography
Born April 2, 1931 in a peasant family in the village of Fedorovka (today - Shargorod district of Vinnitsa region). He graduated from elementary school in his native village, a seven-year school in the village of Kopystyrin and a secondary school in the village of Penkov . In 1951 he graduated from the Tulchinsky agricultural school of veterinary paramedics, after which he worked as a veterinary paramedic of the Sosnovsky sugar factory of the Vinnitsa sugar trust. From 1951 to 1954 he served in the Soviet Army.
From 1954 to 1958 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Victory collective farm in the village of Fedorovka, Shargorodsky District.
In 1956 he joined the Communist Party.
From 1956 to 1958 - student of the Soviet Party School under the Stanislavsky Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In 1958-1959, he was the chairman of the board of the Pobeda collective farm in the Shargorodsky district, and from 1959 to 1968 he was the chairman of the board of the Shevchenko collective farm in the Kopystirin village of the Shargorodsky district of the Vinnitsa region.
In 1966 he graduated from the Agronomy Department of the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy.
From 1968 to 2006, he was chairman of the Druzhba collective farm in the village of Ulanov, Khmelnitsky District, Vinnitsa Region. Under his leadership, the collective farm entered the advanced agricultural enterprises of the Vinnitsa region. In 1971, the collective farm was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor. Under the leadership of Vladimir Vilchinsky, the village of Ulanov was gasified, in which more than 120 kilometers of the gas pipeline were laid and cultural and social facilities were built.
In 1973 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.
After 2006 - Advisor to the General Director of the Agro-industrial Scientific and Production Enterprise “Visit” of the Khmelnitsky District, Vinnitsa Region.
Member of the People's Agrarian Party of Ukraine. He was elected a deputy of the Vinnitsa Regional Council.
