- September 1919 - Arrested by the Cheka authorities on charges of involvement in a military conspiracy (General Yudenich suggested that Razvozov should again take the post of fleet commander if Petrograd was captured).
He died in the hospital of the “ Crosses ” prison from the consequences of the operation due to an attack of appendicitis and lack of proper care. He was buried at the Smolensk cemetery in St. Petersburg .
