Panj is located 300 km east of Paris and 14 km southeast of Metz .
History
- The village of the Duchy of Lorraine , owned by Thomas Panj, entered France in 1766. In 1801, Panj became the center of the canton.
- In 1871-1918 and in 1940-1944, Panj entered Germany.
- The village was destroyed during the Thirty Years War .
- In the years 1790-1794, Push was attached to the commune.
