Stosswier ( French Stosswihr ) is a commune in the northeast of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine ), department of the Upper Rhine , Colmar - Ribauville , canton of Vinsenheim [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Munster ( Colmar County).

Economics
In 2010, out of 941 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years), 705 were economically active , 236 inactive (activity indicator 74.9%, in 1999 - 77.5%). Of the 705 active able-bodied residents, 674 people worked (368 men and 306 women), 31 were unemployed (10 men and 21 women). Among 236 able-bodied inactive citizens, 54 were pupils or students , 99 - pensioners , and another 83 - were inactive for other reasons [8] [9] .
