Geography
It was located 15 km east of Zheleznogorsk . It consisted of 1 street, stretching from the northwest to the southeast. Height above sea level - 257 m [1] . The nearest, now existing settlements are the village of Korovino and the village of Safroshinsky .
History
In 1926, there were 25 yards in the village, 136 people lived. At that time, Sergeevsky was a member of the Gremyachensky village council of Volkovskaya volost, Dmitrovsky district, Orel province [2] . Since 1928, as part of the Mikhailovsky (now Zheleznogorsk ) district. In 1937, there were 30 yards in the village [3] . During the Great Patriotic War, from October 1941 to February 1943, Sergeyevsky was in the zone of Nazi occupation. In 1981, about 70 people lived in the village [4] . Until 1973, he was a member of the Gremyachensky village council [5] , then transferred to the Bolshebobrovsky village council . Since February 27, 1986, as part of the Gorodnovsky Village Council. It was abolished on November 20, 1986 [6] . Currently, part of the former village is flooded with the Mikhailovsky mining and processing plant hydraulic dump .
