Speckbach-le-Ba ( fr. Spechbach-le-Bas ) - abolished commune in the north-east of France in the region of Alsace - Champagne - Ardenne - Lorraine , department of the Upper Rhine , Altkirch district , Altkirch canton [1] . Abolished and from January 1, 2016 merged with the commune of Speckback-le-O into the new commune of Speckback on the basis of Administrative Act No. 50 of November 19, 2015 [2] [3] .

Economics
In 2010, out of 485 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years), 377 were economically active , 108 inactive (activity indicator 77.7%, in 1999 - 70.0%). Of the 377 active able-bodied residents 361 people worked (194 men and 167 women), 16 were unemployed (6 men and 10 women). Among 108 able-bodied inactive citizens, 48 were pupils or students , 39 were pensioners , and another 21 were inactive for other reasons [9] [10] .
