Nazira Badretdinovna Akhmatullina (born November 9, 1930 , Stepnyak, Akmola region ) is a Soviet and Kazakh scientist, Doctor of Biological Sciences (1985), academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1989). Laureate of the State Prize of Kazakhstan (1974). Member of the International Association of Physicians (1999).

In 1954 she graduated from the Kazakh State Medical Institute. She worked at the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. In 1995-2005, she headed the mutagenesis department of the Institute of General Genetics and Cytology of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Scientific activity in the field of genetics and virology . The results of her work were reported at international forums in Russia, Latvia, Moldova, Canada, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, France, China and other countries.
