The administrative center is the village of Novonikitino .
History
In 1960, there was a Novo-Nikitinsky village council as part of the Oktyabrsky district of the Orenburg region, it included the village of Novo-Nikitino (center of the village council), the village of Ilyich and the village of Krasny Yar.
On March 9, 2005, in accordance with the law of the Orenburg Region No. 1921/358-III-OZ [3] , the rural settlement Novonikitinsky Village Council was established, the boundaries of the municipality were established.
